The August results for the Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey held annually among customers of Ascenty, a market leader in data center services in Latin America, show how exceptional service helps the company stand out among its competition.
For the third consecutive year, Ascenty was rated a “world-class” company on the NPS survey, scoring in the 75-100 point range. A renowned metric for assessing customer loyalty and satisfaction levels, the 2020 NPS results reinforce Ascenty’s strategy to stand out among the competition as a provider of world-class Colocation services.
“Our infrastructure and market strategy is based on data center and connectivity, and our service quality is our unique competitive advantage. That is why we invest heavily in infrastructure, technology, talent retention and attraction and employee training, so that we can offer consistently excellent service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year,” said Roberto Rio Branco, VP of Marketing and Institutional Relations at Ascenty.
With 22 proprietary data centers spread across Brazil, Chile and Mexico, 15 of which are in operation and seven under construction, Ascenty serves the largest providers of cloud services and technology in general, the financial segment, e-commerce outlets and brokers. In addition to having all of its units classified as Tier III, the company's data centers have amassed more than 100 certifications over ten years of operation.
Even at the height of the pandemic, the company managed to renegotiate only a few customer contracts while keeping all financial commitments unchanged, and it now expects to end the year with approximately 50% revenue growth.
In the ISG Provider Lens™ 2020 report released in June – an independent study by the Information Services Group (ISG) –, Ascenty ranked as the Colocation market leader in Brazil. The survey found that all of the company's data centers provide “unparalleled capacity” to serve “the most demanding customers.”
